Section 1:

2. After clicking "Find More Providers...", you will be directed to the "Add Search Providers to Internet Explorer" Web page:

3. Under "Web Search", click on the provider that you want to search from:
AOL Search
Windows Live Search
Yahoo!
You may also find more providers depending on your location. The above four are some common search providers.
4. Click on Google and on clicking it the "Add Search Provider" dialog box appears with "Do you want to add the following search provider to Internet Explorer" message.
Check the Make this my default search provider" option and click the "Add Provider" button to add Google as the default search provider.
Note:
To change to a different search provider, perform steps 1 and 2. In Step 3, select the search provider that you want to and then continue performing step 4.
Section 2:
1. Click the down-arrow next to the magnifying glass and cick "Change Search Defaults..."
2. The "Change Search Defaults" dialog box will appear. Click on "Google" and click the "Set Default" button.
3. Click "OK" to save your settings.
Internet Explorer 7 will search using Google.
If Internet Explorer 7 is still searching using Windows Live then close Internet Explorer and reopen it.
