Windows Installer error:
"Setup has detected that the Service Pack version of this system is newer than the update you are applying. There is no need to install this update"
Solution: Download Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable from the following web page:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloadS/details.aspx?familyid=5A58B56F-60B6-4412-95B9-54D056D6F9F4&displaylang=en
For Windows XP, you have to download the "WindowsXP-KB942288-v3-x86.exe" file, which is 3.2 MB.
