How to unlock the Taskbar in Windows XP?

By default, the taskbar's position on the desktop is locked, which means that you cannot move it to another location and cannot resize it. To unlock the Taskbar, perform the following:

Right click an empty area on the taskbar and clear the "Lock the Taskbar" command.

To lock the Taskbar in Windows XP, perform the following:

Right click an empty area on the taskbar and click the "Lock the Taskbar" command.
